Quality

We are determined to bring our customers the best possible salmon, and quality control is a key factor in that matter. Our quality control policy is based on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) management system.

We have active internal control and work closely with the Food and Veterinary Authorities to maintain and improve quality.

NON-GMO

We use non-GMO products. Our salmon is bred in Iceland and comes from a strain called SAGA salmon.

One of the key aspects of raising healthy salmon is to use high-quality feed. All of our feed is non-GMO certified. All of the raw ingredients come from sustainable sources and can be traced back to their origin.

No antibiotics

We use no antibiotics. All of our salmon is vaccinated during smolt stages which makes it resistant to various infection and diseases. We work closely with veterinarians to optimize fish health and welfare.

High level of omega - 3

The key feature of the quality certified feed used for the Arnarlax salmon is a carefully managed balance between nutritional value and sustainability. By using only certified quality feed and the latest feeding technology, our salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and other vital nutrients.
