The Arnarlax head office and processing plant are located in Arnarfjörður, which is the second largest fjord in the Icelandic Westfjords area (19 miles long and 6 miles wide). Within these clean surroundings by the Arctic Circle, Arnarlax has chosen the grounds for its production of natural quality salmon.

There are a total of six farming sites in three neighboring fjords, which along with Arnarfjörður are Tálknafjörður and Patreksfjörður. These strategically located licenses allow for a total production of 14.5 thousand MT of salmon.

The two hatcheries, Gileyri in Tálknafjörður and Ísþór in Þorlákshöfn, which is located in the southern part of Iceland, both utilize the abundant geothermal water and hydroelectric energy that the Icelandic nature has to offer.
